Advantages

   • Two different oil qualities : 2/3 coming from cold pressure and 1/3 coming from hot pressure.
   • Residual oil content 8%.
   • Possibility of sediment recycling by conveying progressively in the cooker.

Disadvantages

   • More expensive (Boiler).
   • Energy consumption.
   • Minimum capacity advised : 80 MTD.
   • Necessity of double filtration if you wish two different oil qualities.
