The pellets system
complementary equipment fixed at press's cakes output.

Production : Pellets with 12 to 15 % residual oil content.

The pre - filtration
Installation assembled on tank :
- Metallic support frame.
- Plastic tank (blue, polyethylene).
- Equipped with screen allowing the trapping of big sediments. Increasing the autonomy of the filter.
- Red plastic tank with high resistance allowing the stability of the set: at the same time support and receptacle with raw oil, provided with valve.
Simple and functional device for fixed or mobile installation (trailer,…).

Feeder with wear ring
Cleaning's problems, abrasive seeds…
The solution: Increase in value for feeder strengthened against wear: a ring with thermal treatment is integrated in the feeder and allow to slow down wear and tear.

This filtration method, well-known of the oil, allows obtaining an oil of very good quality, either as bio fuel, or for human consumption. Crude oil charged with sediments is pushed by a pump and enters the central part of the filter. It passes through the filtering plates, so getting rid of the sediments which are found trapped in the spaces between the plates. The maintenance of the filter is limited to its periodic cleaning, to the current checks such as the state of the valves, of the pressure gauge.

Optional safety filter
Composed of: 1 cartridge Filter - food consumption, 3 cartridges (1 Micron), pressure gauge (connections and possible assembly on filter plate).
