The raw crusher is especially designed to crush animal products with big and middle granulometry with several bones proportions.
Its teeth shape and design makes it possible to obtain a unit which functions without inertia and so, to avoid whole or part of incidents occurring at the time of a brutal stop by accidental passage of foreign bodies such as for example steel pieces.
It has been designed to be a robust and simple machine.
It is composed of :
• A mechanical welded glazed sash with cross section and thick sheets. It has a box shape;
• A rotor with armoured teeth which moves, guided in stages furnished with largely dimensioned oscillating roller bearings. It consists of a horizontal shaft of special section on which removable toothed discs appropriate to the crushing of the believed products are brought back;
• A stator consists in two knives machined in a special sheet steel strong thickness and armoured tanks which allows with the rotor, cutting of the products and the cleaning of the teeth;
• A hopper for products entry is produced starting from strong thickness carbon steel sheets. This one is made in two distinct parts swivelling according to need, thus allowing an easy access to the principal elements for their disassembling or maintenance.

We can propose on the demand complete installation of crushing with automatic extraction of metalic foreign bodies as well out of carbon steel as out of stainless steel, or any other metal.
It has a robust and simple manufacturing :
It is composed of :
• A rotor, firmly gone up on its shaft guided by bearings with kneecap with two arranged largely dimensioned rollers.
• The teeth are armoured on the two sides, which makes it possible after reversal to take a new cycle of calibration. An option doubles scraping allows the same advantage by simple reversed rotation.
• A transmission of the movement realized by driving system, pulleys/belts largely dimensioned.
• Steel sheet flasks strong thickness, held between them by spacers, which form the reinforcement; the casing aesthetically chosen, which provides the functions of “guide matter” and sealing between the bodies of crushing and drive, closes the unit.
• Firmly designed scraping combs which allow a constant and effective rotor's cleaning.
• A standard tree on which any control device (driving more reducing, motor bike reducer) can be adapted.
• Greasing devices judiciously placed allowing an easy and effective greasing of the machine.
The landing limp has been studied and designed with a great accuracy.
The cooker's body consists of an interior ring of very strong thickness carried out starting from sheets carefully chamfered and assembled by welding.
An external ring surrounds the first at a distance and is assembled with this one by “edges fallen” welded, the whole worked out very carefully in order to form the double envelope in which the vapor allowing circulates the cooking of the products.
• The flat bottom postpones is firmly welded onto the interior ring of the cooker.
• The flat bottom before is bolted on a support very strong thickness welded onto the interior ring.
The funds before and back support the stages very largely dimensioned. The bodies themselves of the stages are isolated from the funds by very large brackets which leave an easy access to the stuffing box ensuring the sealing of the passages of the rotor in the funds.
The central shaft is or not a heating one and consists of a hollow cylindrical shaft onto which mixing arms are welded.
These arms receive each one a special mixing heads which ensures an excellent mixture by rotation, and the complete draining of the cooker in the opposite direction of rotation. The interval, between these heads and the internal wall of the body, is tiny room to the maximum, which avoids the deposit of a film of product on this wall and which could act like insulator.
